Seasonal Re-Shoot Included.

Winter photos don’t belong on a summer listing, and we will make sure that never happens. So if your listing hasn’t sold after 90 days on the local MLS® System, PicPros Media Group will reshoot every single service you ordered, at no additional cost to you. Photos, virtual tours, video, aerials. Everything gets re-shot.

 

  • PIC-SURANCE™ allows you to defer the costs of our professional imaging and media services until you arrive at a firm sale. If your MLS® listing fails to sell for whatever reason, we’ll waive our fees. We even provide a complete seasonal re-shoot if needed. Now you can enter listing appointments and offer your clients the best in real estate imaging without spending hundreds of dollars upfront. Instead, use the money you would have paid your photographer towards marketing your listing and building your brand.

  • Purchase PIC-SURANCE, and if your listing fails to sell for whatever reason, you owe nothing. Common reasons include the following:

    • The listing expires and is not renewed.

    • Seller removing the property from the market.

    • Seller listing with another agent/brokerage.

    • Bank foreclosure or power of sale.

    • Acts of God preventing the property from being sold.

    • Failure of either buyer or seller to close.

  • No, PIC-SURANCE™ is completely optional, but highly recommended. The alternative is paying for all services upfront, without the option of a seasonal re-shoot.

  • PIC-SURANCE™ must be purchased at the time of booking and before the delivery of media. Once the media is delivered, you are no longer able to purchase PIC-SURANCE™.

  • Most residential properties qualify. The sole exception are residential rentals that are currently tenanted.
