iGUIDE® 3D tours include accurate floor plans, 360° images, room dimensions, photos, and more. Every iGUIDE® is delivered with an interactive floor plan and 360-degree panoramic visuals, giving the complete user control over their experience while exploring the property. IGUIDE® floor plans are within 1% accurate and offer the flexibility of choosing between ANSI-Z765-2021 or RECA RMS for area calculations.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Generally, we can have your virtual tour returned to you within 24 hours. Because iGUIDE® has to process each tour, there is always a risk the turnaround can be longer. We will keep you advised in the event the tour is delayed.

  • We offer two iGUIDE® packages - one with photography, the other without. When photography is included, we shoot all exterior and interior photos in HDR with a professional mirrorless camera.

  • Yes! All iGUIDE® tours come with interactive floor plans. The iGUIDE® Premium comes with enhanced floor plans showing fixtures and appliances and is VR ready.

  • Yes, all iGUIDE® virtual tours come with a list of rooms and their respective measurements in both imperial and metric.

  • Yes! PicPros will give you access to the tour to make any changes you require.
