Yes, PicPros is licensed by Transport Canada to fly Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). As part of that licensing requirement, PicPros must follow all applicable laws related to drone usage. On rare occasions, PicPros will not be given the authorization to fly if in close proximity to an airport or aerodrome. We are also unable to fly in the rain or snow.

We guarantee to have the photos back to you within 24 hours. Video can take up to 48 hours.

It’s always best to be onsite when ordering any media from PicPros. However, if you provide us with examples of what you are looking for in advance of the shoot, we can confidently complete the shoot without you being present.

Knowing what settings and filters to use for any weather makes the difference between overexposed or washed-out footage and high-fidelity colors and clarity. We guarantee you will be happy with the footage we shoot, and we are confident our drone footage is superior to our competitors.

Yes, we use only professional drones that offer high-quality imagery and video capabilities, automated flight options, obstacle avoidance systems for safety, and other performance and safety features not found on consumer UAVs.
