PicPros can scan a property and provide floor plans without purchasing either a Matterport™ or iGUIDE® tour. Floor plans can be ordered as a stand-alone product.
Note that iGUIDE® comes standard with floor plans, and Matterport™ is optional.

Yes, with the caveat that the floor plans measurements are within 1% accurate if scanned with a lidar scanner. But all dimensions and floor areas must be considered approximate and subject to verification.

Generally, yes. Real estate boards and Teranet (Geowarehouse) prohibit the publishing of square footage obtained from MPAC reports. With the floor plans PicPros produces, you can upload the floor plans to the board’s MLS® system, and publish the room measurements and square footage provided your board permits it.
