  • As many as it takes. We do not limit the number of photos we take. Instead, we focus on capturing the property from every angle to allow you to choose the photos you feel best represent the listing. We do, however, charge in per-square footage ranges since larger homes typically require more photos and more editing.

  • We guarantee to have the photos back to you within 24 hours.

  • Only heavy rain or snow will impact exterior photography. However, all interior shoots can be completed, even in heavy rain or snow. Picpros will return once the weather clears to complete exterior photography. We can replace skies in editing software, which allows us to shoot in just about any cloud conditions.

  • Yes. There are two ways to take twilight shots.

    • On-site

    • Digitally

    On-site requires that a photographer visit the listing at a very specific time in the evening, which captures realistic evening shots of the property.

    Digitally refers to a digital rendering of what the property ‘may’ look like in the evening. Done in Photoshop or similar photo editing software, it typically won’t be as realistic as an on-site shoot.

    PicPros can provide either option, but we recommend on-site for luxury properties.
